High Performance Team Building
An exciting outdoor workshop for any group that wishes to increase teamwork and job efficiency. Well suited for corporate management transition teams, organization leaders, sports teams, and individuals who work closely together. The workshop creates an initial solid foundation of teamwork and progresses rapidly to forming a high performance team. This is done by creating trust among participants, increasing team communication skills, developing team problem solving and critical thinking capabilities, and increasing self confidence and leadership skills.

The workshop is designed to combine group games and problem solving tasks with physical activities that may include elementary climbing, rappelling, canoeing, rafting or hiking. Adults of all ages, sizes and most health conditions are able to participate and benefit from the experience. This full three day workshop may be lengthened or shortened depending upon the desires of the group and is always tailored to meet the specific goals of each group.

Food, equipment and trainers are provided. Costs vary widely depending upon the size of the group, location, accommodations and length of the training. This is a workshop that consistently received excellent reviews by participants.

Stress Reduction for Individuals and Groups

A worthwhile and beneficial outdoor workshop for individuals who are experiencing high levels of stress that inhibits their ability to perform in an efficient and productive manner. Well suited for anyone who needs to meet high levels of performance expectations, the workshop combines individual and group approaches to reducing and using stress to provide motivation without decreasing performance. This is done by learning how to decrease anxiety while increasing personal awareness, communication skills, and problem solving abilities.

Violence in the Workplace
An awareness program with a focus on past incidents with a view towards; recognizing the threat of violence; factors that "set off" individual violators; developing a preventive organizational climate and developing an organizational plan.

Organizational Audit
An internal audit into the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization, these factors contribute to the overall work climate and productivity of an organization. Can be tailor made to be a quick analysis or an in depth inquiry. Includes a security audit/evaluation.

Pre-employment / Background Investigations
One of the greatest threats to organizations in todays business environment is from within. If owners/managers do not know who their employees are they can easily become victims to embezzlement, theft, computer fraud, rape, civil rights violations or a myriad of activities leading them to civil and criminal exposure. Background investigation include; civil, criminal, driving record, education verification and financial stability checks.

Training
A seminar intended to "train the trainers". This course provides a comprehensive and effective method of identifying training needs, developing organized training curriculum and methods to address these needs. Most significantly, utilizing the organizations trainers to provide the training.
